Next Gen Update

 

As mentioned in our last update, April 21st 2023, the Company’s original plans for the Next Generation initiative (Media Central Cloud UX, on the avid software) were put on hold but still in play. As many of you already know they have resumed training.

 

The company has confirmed that there is currently no timeline to implement the initiative but will continue the training. We are in negotiations with the Company over the next few months and hope to get more information on the procedure. 

 

Thank you for your patience. This is not an easy time, and we are keenly aware of the extreme stress being put on the teams.  I reiterated how heavy this is weighing on the members and that it’s not fair to have this hanging over your heads for so long.
